How to Keep your Motivation on a High Level

I have talked to a lot of my coachees approaching me

“Dj, I have a problem, it seems that I am losing my motivation”

and they are asking me, what they can do to stay motivated.


This is a big problem to a lot of people who are just living their lives by chance and not by choice. It will come to a point that you will realize and ask yourself why are you doing what you are doing. There will be times that you will feel empty if you are not clear what and why are you here.


So what is the key to keep your motivation?


I talked about it in this video.

You only need to remember 3 things.

  1. Have a Clear Vision – nothing beats having clarity in life. When you know exactly what you want and why are you there, wherever you are right now, then you will always be motivated. You cannot when you know that you are still not where you want to be.
  2. Ask yourself the 4 powerful questions:
    • What do I want?
    • Why do I want it?
    • When do I want it?
    • How am I going to get it?
  3. Choose Happiness – at the end of the day, if you are happy, you will always be motivated and will surely continue what you re doing. If you are not happy, then you don’t have the reason to move on.

So ask yourself and have an assessment on where you are in terms of this 3 things. Better yet, apply what I talked about in my video to help you get started.
